Who We Are
Runneth (https://runnethlondon.com) helps people in their working lives, often at key pivot points in their career or business. It was founded by career and start up expert, Kath Sloggett.
Runneth delivers action-oriented, research-based careers and business advice and coaching to private and corporate clients. It also presents interactive workshops and talks, runs online bootcamps and courses, recruits talented and experienced candidates for employers, it shares interesting and useful information about careers and businesses with its followers and their networks, and more.

How We Process Your Personal Data
The processing of information (your “personal data”), such as the name, email address, postal address, and/or transactional data relating to an identified or identifiable person (“data subject”) shall be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By means of this data protection declaration, we would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.
Runneth complies with its obligations under the GDPR by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.
Runneth collects the details provided by you when you join our mailing list, become a client of our services (“our Services”), fill in a contact form, or leave a comment on our Runneth Site. We may collect additional personally identifiable information through your participation in any promotions and competitions offered by us.
Reasons For Processing Information
We use the personal information we collect to enable us to:

Our Mailing List
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters or email communications services, please use the unsubscribe feature at the footer of our email communications or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can set your browser not to accept cookies and the above websites tell you how to remove cookies from your browser. However, in a few cases some of our website features may not function as a result. All of these cookies can be turned off or removed through your browser settings.
Other Web Sites
You may, if you wish, contact us in regards to our Services or any queries you may have via the contact forms on our Runneth Site. These contact forms have been created to allow you quick and direct communication with us. When contacting us via the contact forms on the Runneth site, the personal data you transmit are automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis are stored for the purpose of processing or contacting you. This personal data will never be transferred to third parties except as required by law.
The Runneth Site offers users the possibility to leave individual comments on our articles, blog posts, and other pages. When you make a comment on the Runneth Site, your comment and the information regarding the date of the comment and the pseudonym you chose to post it under are stored and published to the site. The IP address assigned by your Internet Service provider (ISP) is also logged for security reasons, and in case you violate the rights of third parties or post illegal content. This data will never be passed on to third parties, unless such a transfer is required by law.
Please note that the comment sections are open to the public and if you choose to disclose personally identifiable information in these areas you are consenting to its unrestricted distribution in a public forum throughout the Runneth Site and to and by other Runneth Site users. We therefore cannot be responsible for the protection or security of such information, regardless of its sensitivity. You disclose all such information on our individual blog contributions and any other public forums entirely at your own risk.
The security of your personally identifiable information is a priority to us. Unfortunately, no security system, or system of transmitting data over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers, the means by which information is transmitted between your computer and our servers, or any information provided to us or to any third party through or in connection with the Runneth Site. Your Rights and Access To Your Personal Information
You have the right to access the personally identifiable information that is held about you. To obtain a copy of the personally identifiable information Runneth holds about you please email your request to email@example.com. We will usually share this with you within 30 days of you asking us for it.
When requesting that personally identifiable information be amended or deleted, please keep in mind that there will be residual information that will remain within our databases, access logs and other records, which may or may not contain such personally identifiable information. This information will not be used for commercial purposes.
