There are many reasons why an employee might need to move on to pastures new, and it can be a positive experience when they are offered expert support and guidance to help them through the transition.
We provide expert insights and practical tools to help people successfully exit and take the next positive step in their career.
Career Coaching Drop-Ins
An effective, and cost effective, way to boost performance and job satisfaction for your people. With our Career Coaching Drop-Ins, they can book in for a confidential 30 minute session (or longer by agreement) with our Career Coach.
Sessions often focus on strategies to improve performance, preparing for promotion, addressing development needs, managing relationships, improving work/life balance, and support around maternity or parental leave. This is a win-win benefit for employers and employees.
Drop-ins are usually run monthly or bi-monthly, in half day or full day formats.
